Great little gym. Quiet lots of equipment.
Just started coming here, used to go to planet fitness, moved gyms due to ease of location, Body Firm has everything you need, no frills, rowing machine excersize bikes, full weight room and plenty of different classes. Tanning is available, small non communal change rooms.
Nice clean gym seems to be well taken care of
Nice gym. Very clean. Efficient layout. Something for everyone. Key fob access convenient for members. Visitors/guests ought to call ahead during the week to make arrangements.
Just recently signed up and I love it! It has everything you need and the equipment is well laid out. The high ceilings, hardwood floors and view of the downtown corridor makes it a pleasant spot to pump some iron!
