(October 22, 2017, 12:59 pm)One of the people there is “MAGIC”!! I have terribly deep veins in my elbows and they always listen to me and 9/10 times hit the right vein on the first try 9/10 on me.
Tanya, u know who u are and I love that u know to warm up my hand and hit “that vein” and I never bruise when u do it. So, thank you for making a frightening experience painless and bruise less for me. You take the time to listen to me and aren’t dismissive like the nurses at QMHC are.
