Great Owners! Caroline & Bill very helpful with the neighborhood.

Perhaps the best review I can give is that we have been coming here at least annually since our first visit seven years ago. This is the only place we stay when visiting prince Edward County.

Carolyn and Bill are the most gracious and friendly hosts. Old-school in all the best ways.

Their breakfast is by far the best of any B&B I have ever been to. All the more amazing by the fact that Caroline accommodates my gluten and dairy free diet as she is quite familiar with these restrictions herself.. Not one be stuck in her ways Carolyn often tries out new things for breakfast with always extraordinary results.

As long-term residents of the area, and closely networked with other local business people, Bill and Carolyn are an excellent insider source of information on things to do and places to go.

My wife and I have been coming here annually with our five-year-old daughter.. While Bill and Carolyn are well into their senior years, they both are very good with our daughter and do little extras for her like :-) is made with breakfast foods while Bill and Caroline are well into their senior years, they both are very good with Emily. They do little extras sometimes like putting a smiley face on her breakfast plate, or tucking in her stuffed animals when making the bed..

Bill and Carolyn take great pride in their place and it shows. If you have an attitude of “I paid for this place so I can do whatever I want”, and / or allow an equally disrespectful attitude from your children, this is not the place for you. This is their home, and Bill and Carolyn are great at making you feel right at home. When you keep coming back like we do they will quickly seem like family. Highly highly recommended.

This is one of those hidden gems that you won’t find crawling sites like Airbnb. If you go, tell them Dave and Cheryl recommended them.

Me and my cousin stayed at this beautiful old farm house after our stay at the beach. The hostess were the sweetest people and told us the wonderful history's of their home. They brought us in with open arms.
The made the most incredible breakfast I have ever are - it was all fresh local homemade food.
Such a special hidden gem.

Amazing Experience!! My girlfriend and I will 100% come back next time we visit the county :) This was our first B&B experience so I should say we were pretty nervous about the room/food cleanliness and quality. Our bedroom and ensuite washroom were immaculately clean as if we were the first to ever stay there. Breakfast was amazing. Location is very ideal. Carolyn and Bill are very kind people who know when you want to chat and when you want space. Fantastic hosts. I have already recommended to family and friends and am looking forward to our next stay!

4 of us stayed here for the July long weekend. Couldn't ask for better hosts in Carolyn and Bill. We laughed all weekend long. Bill cooked us a Scottish breakfast for the first morning (Haggis, square sausage etc.) Carolyn cooked us asparagus crepes with ham the 2nd morning. (fresh from the garden). Home-made jams for the scones. Fresh perked coffee. The rooms were lovely with their own ensuites. We will definitely go back. Thank you Carolyn and Bill for your hospitality!
