We visited Old Salt Cocktails at the Grange on our recent trip to PEC and absolutely loved the cocktails and sausages (that Huli Huli sausage was to die for...we ended up ordering seconds). A great experience that is definitely worth checking out when visiting the area.

This is not a regular bar cart - this is an experience. We hired David/Old Salt Cocktails to be our bar for our wedding in Prince Edward County and to this day, 12 months after, we are getting comments about the mind-blowing experience our guests had with our bar.

If you are looking for an elevated bar experience, no one I've encountered does it better than Old Salt. First of all, David understands flavour profiles and subtleties in crafting the sort of drinks that you just don't want to down; ones you'd want to savour instead (and then have 3 more...). He crafted cocktails, curated a wine list, and carefully selected glassware all for our event. To help build the ambiance of our wedding, we wanted him to serve Arabic Coffee and dates at the start of our ceremony as a nod to my husband's culture. He was so enthusiastic at the thought of doing this for us and spent so much time researching the traditional way of brewing arabic coffee. Talk about going above and beyond our expectations.

Apart from this, David himself is a gem to work with. It is very rare to find a warm, conscientious, and wordly individual in this type of business. He and his staff at Old Salt check all the boxes. From this experience, you're bound to make a friend you'd want to hold on to forever. Since then, we've seen him twice at his pop-up at the Grange Winery in PEC. Everything he does is just fabulous!

David and his team provided full bar service at our wedding in PEC last fall. From our first meeting, David went above and beyond with his guidance and thoughtful recommendations.

Our guests raved about their cocktails and wine selection (curated by David) and also the high-level of customer service that was provided. Old Salt exceeded all of our expectations and helped to make for an unforgettable wedding day. We would certainly recommend Old Salt for any event.

Cute little pop up that serves high end cocktails out of their trailer. We had their Venetian Spritz when we were visiting Grange winery. It is made right in front of you in a few minutes. Really good.
