They were very compassionate with my dog at the end of his life and helped when making a very difficult decision.
They even let us still be with him at the end even with covid protocols in place.
I hope to never have to use them again (for obvious reasons), but am glad they are there in an emergency.
While out of town our 15 year old girl (our dog) had an emergency and needed to be put down. They were very caring and gentle with her.
I’ve had to take my dog here twice (unfortunately) for emergencies. I have to say that both experiences have been fantastic. They have kept me calm and it’s great knowing they’re available when required. Are the prices high? Yes, it’s an emergency vet. Is it completely worth it? Yes, in my opinion. It’s the same anywhere I’ve been when it comes to emergency vets!
