New customer... Bought new tank... 1st fill went well.. So far great sales rep and great driver that I spoke to when delivered propane... So far very happy ?

***UPDATE*** Levac contacted me after posting this review and gave sincere apologies as well as compensating me with a credit for the situation, and crediting me for the propane I had already paid for. There had been a misunderstanding and they returned my tank the following day. While the situation should have been avoided altogether, I do respect their attempts to mediate the issues and have increased my rating to 3 stars. Original review below!

A sad excuse for a propane company. If you have any other options I do NOT recommend this company.

We are tenants and the house has a Levac tank. When we first moved in, we had to contact them multiple times before being able to register as a customer, they did not respond until we were out of propane in the middle of January.

It was all fine for a few months, they filled the tank, I paid my bills, all was as it should be. Then I come home on June 3rd to find none of my gas appliances working. We use propane for our stove/oven, fireplace and our water heater. Thinking I ran out of propane or had an issue with the supply, I went outside to check. Imagine my surprise when I see the ENTIRE TANK IS GONE.

We had no notice, no warnings, not even a phone call or a note on the door saying 'hey we took your tank!'. Since we never missed a payment and had never heard anything from Levac we were even wondering if someone had stolen it. Turns out Levac took the tank while we were at work.

It has been 3 days of being unable to cook, unable to shower or wash dishes, and with it being 0°C at times this week, we would have enjoyed having some heat.

We have yet to get a clear answer as to why they took the tank and now they are saying we won't have our tank for another 2 days, leaving us for 5 days without propane. Might I add, I already paid for all the propane that is in the tank (roughly 50% of the tank).

If we have the option to change providers we will in a heartbeat. Appalled by their business procedures and customer service.
