  I signed a contract of 33 windows and 1 patio door on October 5, 2018 with Verdun Windows and Doors, and paid a deposit of $6,850 on October 11, 2018. As per contract, the company should supply and install all the windows and patio door within 22-24 weeks following the contract date.
  
  Now, more than 26 weeks has been passed, the company has not completely supplied and installed the windows. There are still two windows to be installed and a patio door not ready for installation. Windows installed on the third level of my house are missing screens, which should have been supplied and installed as per contract. For the patio door, the company even told me that I have to wait until May 2019 for the installation.
  
  One of Sales of the company, who has written the contract, made one bedroom’s only window as fixed by mistakes, which should be operable. In the draft contract which I still have a copy, the bedroom window is operable, but I was not aware that it was changed to a fixed window in the final contract.
  
  I sent my concerns to the company. They had Max responded quickly and proposed a solution, which I am quite happy about. I am waiting for their solution carrying out.

  We had a consultation with Mike in order to decide which type of windows and doors would meet our needs. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his product. Peter (friendly and very knowledgeable in his trade) called ahead the day of the installation and showed up on time to do a walk-through and discuss the procedures. He and Adam worked diligently throughout the day. Day two, Peter and Damian continued the installation skillfully with professionalism. Our old windows and doors as well as debris were taken away. Peter did a final walk-through to make sure everything was satisfactory before leaving. Peter was meticulous in restoring the exterior frames of the windows and doors. We are pleased with the interior framing by Adam and Damian. We are very satisfied with the finished product and definitely recommend Verdun, a local business, to others.

  The team was wonderful. They changed my daughter's windows in her room. What an amazing work. They were quite polite. Explain everything and I was quite happy with the service. I will use them again without doubt. No mess and so professional. Best service in a long time.

  I was very satisfied with the installation of our window and patio door. Peter and Adam were extremely friendly and consientious about leaving the house very clean. Would never have known that they did the work because it was left spotless. They were on time and very efficient. Would highly recommend Verdun windows. Will have them back to replace our last two windows. Cheers

  The fellows who installed my windows worked really well together. It was a big project with some surprises which they dealt with. Left it nice and tidy. Would really like the same fellows next year to do my back windows.
