(March 19, 2019, 9:02 pm)Arrived at about 12:33 and waited for over 5 mins for receptionist who came in a wearing a winter jacket and with a Bluetooth earpiece on a personal call who tells me they stopped taking patients at 12:30 in a whisper(as she tried to convince the person on the phone that everything was good she would be there that they were very nice to think of her- went on to complain to persom about another company being unprofessional because they didn't have an automatic answer service when receptionist wasn't available) I explained it was simply an ear infection and asked if she could be so kind as to please have the doctor see me as it will take only a minute after waiting for 5 minutes and I thought they were open to 2:30. She very unwilling put me in a room (there wasn't another sole insight all rooms &waiting area were empty). The doctor came in (after approximately 20 minutes) checked both my ears, took a brief medical refreshing as I had been there before said a bunch of things I couldn't hear and me telling him several times I couldn't hear him and handed me a prescription.
