(March 22, 2019, 3:04 pm)I've now been to Altima Dental in Russell on three separate occasions and each time has been absolutely lovely. Lorraine is always so pleasant, willing to work with me to schedule appointments and getting info from my insurance company. Dr. Randa and her assistant work so well together and made such a great team while putting in three fillings. I appreciated that they would take the time to explain what was going on, which made me more calm to understand the process. I got a cleaning a couple weeks ago and, while I don't remember his name, the technician was super friendly and also explained what he was doing to keep me in the loop. Finally, I very much like that they are open in the evenings and on Saturdays, so I don't need to take time off work for appointments. Definitely would recommend !
