(March 20, 2019, 5:58 pm)Brilliant experience at this dealership. I have only the highest praise for the service team. Visited Rockland because I was having an issue at another Ford Dealership (Jim Keay) for which they could not resolve after 4 attempts.
Andy, John, Matt and Gabriel resolved the issue at hand with pride and excellence on my first visit.
Excellent customer service, and excellent transparency here. I will not go anywhere else. Small town feel to this dealership and the staff are very personable. -

(March 19, 2019, 6:11 pm)Just purchased a new Escape from Rockland Ford in Feb.. They had to bring it in from another dealership. There have been technical issues with the rear hatch, but you can't judge a dealer by how they are when things are good, it is when things are not good. I am happy to say that Rockland Ford and Matt Smith in service went above what was required and made the experience as painless as possible. Thanks. Chris

(May 26, 2018, 2:40 pm)Brought my Fusion in for a recall on bolts in the steering column. I had my summer tires in my car and although I never scheduled to have my summer tires put on, the gentleman in the service department was able to squeeze me in, despite the fact that I had a few lug nuts stripped. I really appreciated the flexibility, especially at this time of the year when everyone is rushing to get their tires switched.
