I just went there for the first time . I called and got an appt the same day, and ordered a new pair glasses. I was told it would be up to 2 weeks. I went on a Thursday and asked if there was anyway possible to get them by the end of the next week as I would be leaving town to visit my very sick brother. They didn't seem hopeful but said they would try . That's all I could ask for. I then received a call the following Wednesday and was told thy were ready!!! The service was 10/10. I would have said that even if the glasses were not ready as I understood the process. Thank you so much for the outstanding service . I will be back !!! ???
