(February 1, 2021, 12:37 pm)My husband and I rented a place managed by Guardian. We had an amazing experience. We always dealt with Jay and she is AMAZING. Very communicative, prompt with fixing things if needed to be fixed and always available for any questions or concerns. Just a pleasure to deal with. Don't go by these bad reviews, obviously these are people trying to take advantage of the system, don't pay their rent and create problems. I would deal with Guardian again in a heartbeat!

They are very easy to communicate with and very friendly staff. Any issue have been fixed in a very timly manner. Not to mention the owners Jay and Grant are very friendly and easy to get along with. Highly recommended company.
