(November 28, 2021, 3:11 pm)If we want change, we need to do the work. We all have heard that, but sometimes it is hard to get ourselves to just do the work. I am so happy and grateful that I know Kristen Young and have her guidance to do the work I need to do.
She was my PT for a brief period at a gym in 2019. I lost my job and have been home for a year and a half. My posture went down hill, my neck, shoulder and back pain did not allow me to work out or even do many daily activities. Kristen has helped me relieve me from my severe pain by sharing personalized you tube videos during the pandemic. I was sincere in doing them regularly and my tight muscles slowly stretched out.
Now she is helping me strengthen my back. This November I have completed a month of PT with her. Her online sessions (30 minutes) are so good. I see such good improvement in my posture at work, my basic strength. Staying committed to my goal is possible because of a PT like her. -
