(August 6, 2019, 1:40 am)I’ve been doing the 50+ yoga class with Heather Clarke since the beginning of July and have really been enjoying the class, the teacher and the setting. The studio is super-clean, calm, and lovely; the props are well organized and in good shape; and the space is comfortable and relaxing. I even like the hand soap in the washrooms!

(July 23, 2019, 2:00 pm)Kelly is an excellent Massage Therapist. Very clean and relaxing environment. Can also do direct billing for Sun life (not sure about other providers), which is a big bonus.

(May 23, 2019, 2:29 am)Great new studio! LOVE that they have avoided the hot yoga trend - so much more inclusive and accessible! The website seemed to imply that you have to sign up for a full series, but they do have space for drop ins. I took the Wednesday flow and stretch and it was a well thought through flow and even had a handstand hop so I'm hooked - a very approachable challenge. The only suggestions for improving would be to offer more Vinyasa style classes and offer 75 min instead of 60 to allow for that space for mediation and Asana.
