(October 21, 2018, 12:58 am)Finally, Belleville got a Spirit Halloween! In past years I've had to go to Kingston to visit but not anymore. This is hands down my favourite store. The staff is awesome, there are a ton of products and the displays are really cool. I like that you can try on the costumes before you buy them. It's too bad it's not here year round.
