Once you enter this gym you will feel welcome and part of a family. Coming to Peterborough from a big city filled with gym's I was very surprised to find a facility of this quality here in Peterborough. Classes and Coaches are top notch! If you want to learn Martial Arts in Peterborough, this is the place to go!

(November 6, 2015, 3:12 am)Great place to train at to get in shape. Good group of people to work with. It's a hard workout but has rewarding results. I recommend everyone come by and check out the free trial period.
Whether you want to train to compete in various events or just for fun and fitness this gym is the best.
