The staff is very knowledgeable, gentle, clean and precise. my piercer had a calming energy and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. will definitely be going back for more! thank you so much!! this place is awesome no issues whatsoever

(July 24, 2021, 5:00 am)My daughter went to get her first tattoo at Black Heart Tattoos in Whitby today. Jake was absolutely brilliant. He did a beautiful delicate butterfly for her. She was excited and scared when she first went in but before it was done she was asking when she could get her second tattoo. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone who is looking for an artist that is talented and and very passionate about their work to do their next tattoo.

Right from the beginning that staff was so friendly and polite and made you feel right at home!! The artist is awesome and did an amazing job on my piece!! They also went out of their way to stay open past when they close to make sure my bandage was changed!! They went above and beyond! Such a great experience and will definitely be back for many more!!
