(April 16, 2021, 7:12 pm)We have always been impressed by the quality and cut of all the meat we have purchased. The taste and selection of food at Franz’s is exceptional! From sirloin cap for Pichana to tenderloin for Beef Wellington and everything in between we know we can get the cut and quality we search for in a fine butcher shop. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable which makes for a great Saturday outing and a delicious week of meals. Thank you Franz and team!
