Theresa is an exceptional personal trainer, and putting aside her multiple certfications with training and nutrition, she's very committed and passionate. She pays attention to details more than many which makes her stand out from the rest. I'd highly recommend engaging with Theresa to help achieve your health & fitness goals! -

(April 14, 2023, 1:07 am)We've been working with Christian and can't say enough good stuff about him. He is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. The gym is more low key than most corporate gyms which makes it less intimidating and more inviting.
Would definitely recommend him and Exceeding Excellence gym! -

(March 27, 2023, 1:41 am)I have only been working with Christian a short period of time but I can say he is very Knowledgeable, professional and takes his work seriously. He takes the time to understand your goals in order to develop a comprehensive fitness plan while respecting your injuries and stresses in order to make you better and stronger. The training sessions are fun and intense but Christian provides instant feedback and adjustments to avoid injuries throughout the session as well as encouragement. Christian even takes time to plan fun group events outside the gym such as basketball, movies, sky diving and much more. The gym is clean, music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome and everyone is very friendly. You will not leave disappointed! I highly recommend checking this gym out and training with Christian or one of the knowledgeable trainers.

(March 10, 2023, 4:13 am)I started going to personal training at Exceeding Excellence when I was feeling bad about my body, I was sore from my job and I had low energy. It has only been a few weeks and I am already shedding weight, feeling energized and starting to feel better about myself. Christian is amazing to work with as a trainer! He is motivating and makes you feel comfortable. He is passionate about helping people like me achieve our goals and makes it fun. I love how they get gym members together for outings as well. It is like it’s own little “family” and I am excited to get to know other members and go on some adventures with them soon. I recommend this training studio to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

(March 9, 2023, 9:25 am)I am so glad I joined this gym! I was looking for a new gym to get back into shape after having 2 kids and the circuit training was exactly what I had been looking for. I love the vibe and people at Exceeding Excellence and always feel comfortable there. It’s a judgment free zone no matter what your goals are. Christian is an amazing trainer; he always pushes everyone to do their personal best while paying attention to form and injuries. It’s always a good time and I leave the gym feeling accomplished.
