Apparently our old one wasn’t the right size for our house and started to break. The difference is amazing! Everyone was professional, clean and informative. Will use them again as needed.
We had them back to install a cold air return in our basement. Always great communication and very efficient. -

After a lot of problems with the central air conditioning this summer we reached out to another company and after there 2 attempts to repair our system we were feeling frustrated. We called Platinum Choice, on a long weekend at that was ensured that we would get a call back from someone letting us know when to expect a visit to inspect our furnace. Sure enough the call came and a gentleman by the name of Jake attended our home and quickly got to work on the solution to our problem. We were explained in great detail all issues pertaining to the furnace at that time and were scheduled a time to have it repaired. The estimate was professional, there workmanship is of the highest standards and the cost for the repair was reasonably priced as well. We definitely will be calling this company for any of our heating and cooling needs in the future. Good to see there are still honest companies around.

(June 17, 2022, 7:54 pm)Platinum heating was recommended on the Osgoode it takes a village site. I am so glad I used them. They were recommended by several people. Barry is very professional, courteous and friendly.
Barry changed my barbecue from propane to natural gas. He offered several suggestions as to how to place the pipes and I picked the best one for me. No bending to turn the gas off and on. Have already put platinum into my calendar to call for furnace check in the fall.
