We have had Hilts prepare our pork for a few years now, this time has to be the best tasting sausages I have ever eaten. We chose the chipotle flavour and OMG, it is so good!! Love Matt and his team!!

I've been buying their grain fed capons for years. Expensive , but incredibly flavourable !
