The staff have always been very professional, the owners are always available to help, and everyone is knowledgeable. I have purchased high end big screens, OLED flat screens, ,HD projectors, receivers, many speakers, basic remotes, bell receivers when they did that, and connection supplies, amongst much more. Not only were prices always comparable, (usually better), but the service and assistance with hookup, or advice/help on programming my system to make it look/sound perfect, was and aways has been there too. They have come to my home during planning/construction phases to be sure I had been given the right recommendations for my space, and to make sure that all wiring behind drywall was ran properly. Honestly, you can shop around and spend your money anywhere, but you won’t find a better value than with the team at SONXPLUS Stratford in my opinion.

(May 17, 2018, 7:10 pm)We did a renovation of our family room. It's a large room, about 1,000 sq. ft. I wanted a TV removed, another just moved, our home theatre moved and two TVs added. The home theatre was already wired in through the walls and ceilings. This was a complicated job. Everything was done exactly as I wanted plus the boys from SONXPLUS made some very helpful and practical suggestions. They arrived on time, often worked longer hours than I would have expected and seemed genuinely concerned that I was happy with the result. On top of that I got a great deal on a 75" Samsung TV. Many thanks to Andrew, Tom, Taylor and Jentje.
