(September 24, 2018, 10:04 pm)We were looking for a good used car that wouldnt break the bank. After responding to a number of ads I received a friendly reply from Craig. He told me the car was still for sale and invited me to come and see it.
Long story short. We purchased a 2012 Fiat 500.
From start to finish the team at Rothmel accommodated our needs in budget. And financing as well as made sure the car was in tip top shape for us.

The work on some rust repair on the hatch is impeccable. Paint match dead on. Cant tell there was any rust. Good to see there is still great bodywork talent nearby.

I had a couple concerns after bringing the car home. The brakes were grabbing and making some strange noises and the clutch had a stiff spot on it. Craig and Gord you two worked so well together. You got me in and out in record time. Brake cleaning and a pad reseat fixed the brake issue first time and clutch has been working better as well.
Kudos to the Rothmel team in winning this wary customer over. If you're looking for honesty, integrity, and expertise in automotive repair. Rothmel has a one stop shop and will do what it takes to get 'er done! -
