I too have had to have parts ordered from here. My guess is you were looking for a specialty part, because that does require some time and the company has to have a minimum order of $500 for their supplier, not that $500 is the cost to the customer. I've been told the same and they come thru every single time. Excellent service here from the ladies at the desk.
