(April 12, 2023, 11:37 am)I can’t say enough about this gym and the instructors. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and Colton and Garrett know exactly how to modify the exercises if needed. Never attending a gym before because I found them intimidating (and I’m not an athlete), I’m loving these smaller classes and the friendly atmosphere.
