New owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, and it’s nice to get back a bit of money to get rid of your scrap metal. So happy for new ownership, don’t believe old reviews, visit and see for yourself! We’ve had nothing but great customer service here!

(February 3, 2022, 6:14 pm)My husband and I have been to this new, upgraded facility several times to drop off scrap metal in the last year. The staff are always friendly, courteous and efficient. The yard is clean and everything has a place. Their prices are also very fair for copper and metal. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

The owners and workers are super friendly and conduct themselves very professionally. Stratford is so lucky to have this place bought and upgraded by the new owners. I look forward to returning.

Steve was very professional and friendly and even answered questions over the phone prior to them bringing the van in. The yard is sooo clean and well managed. Before Steve and his team cleaned this place up - we would drive scrap metal to London - not anymore! Thanks for the excellent service!

(February 2, 2022, 3:17 pm)As a new recycling company in town , I thought I would check it out, from outside appearances , it is so much cleaner than the previous owner, well done AIM , on going in to take scrap metal , the customer service is excellent , friendly, knowledgeable and great prices paid too. I have recommended them to friends and all have said the same. Back to good old fashioned service , thank you so much :) :)
