I learned a great deal from our conversation. Krista was patient and had a warm, good humoured and positive attitude. The kind of conversation that makes the client (me) feel taken care of and in good hands. She was a very careful listener and helped me to organize my questions/ideas about farm structure renovations, so I was ultimately learning from her expertise.
