Mornington Communications Co-op Ltd.

Called in September to order internet. They made an appt. to 'see' our house on Oct.7th. Was told they'd need to come back to dig the lines. Still no updates and it's Oct.30th. Whenever I call, they have no information - saying it's up to the 'contractors' schedule and they have no idea what their schedule is, and that its a 'third party'. I said, yes, but did you hire them? So they work for you?"
How is it that there is no communication, at Mornington Communications??? So far, not so good...I hope their internet service, if we ever get it, is better than their customer service! Update: Nov.8th - Finally heard from them and they say we'll have internet on Dec.2. Edit: it's been a couple of years now that we've had their internet service and I am happy to say that other than the original issues noted before, that we've had no problems with our internet itself. So I am giving an extra star for that reason :)

A welcomed change. All around great company. Great product and great customer service, but what really stands out is the tech support. I'm the least technical person in the country, fortunately for me Mornington has guys like Brian and Justin! Don't change a thing Mornington.

Spoke with Jessie regarding adding another mobile phone to an existing plan. She was very knowledgeable answering my questions and had everything set up in no time. The service was great and the transaction was a breeze!
