Each step of the way the guys showed up when they were supposed to, did exactly what they said they would and some. Then they left the site spotless. I would recommend them anytime.

They have taken the time to explain our options in detail and make honest recommendations. Very happy with the product, customer service, and installation. I would highly recommend them!

My request for a quote from Cross was booked promptly. The quote itself was impressively thorough and provided many options which were clearly explained and laid out. My advice to all: this is important, I know from experience!
Booking was a snap. My changeover included some ducting changes etc. which were done right and look great. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and the entire installation looks very professional.
Quite simply, Cross provided the contract experience I wish I could always have!
