  Very professional yet friendly staff. Doctor is always on time for scheduled appointments and quite responsive to inquires over the phone. Clean examination rooms too... But it all comes with the higher prices than the competition. Thinking back to when my dog was still alive and the care he received at this place... I'm editing this review... They kept insisting to neuter him as a senior to stop the progress of a tomour that they failed to diagnose as malignant. They gladly provided the expensive traditional Chinese medicine I requested for an issue that was not really the issue... My dog died 4 days after they told me that that he has metastatic cancer that had taken over his internal organs and he only had about a month to live.

  Really love the veterinarian's that work out of this office. They are never judgemental and always willing to work within your budget. Trust them with all three of my dogs.

  Very friendly and genuine staff who make you and your pet feel welcome. Also great pricing compared to other places i have been to.

  The most caring, accommodating and reasonable Vet clinic in the GTA area. My dog was accommodated at the very last moment and taken care of, I went home and saw the bandage got wet, they asked me to come back right away, they stayed over to see him. The staff is super friendly, caring and have positive vibes, one feels all will be taken care of!

  Westbridge is a amazing place !!Very caring and friendly staff. I highly recommend this pet hospital..Thank you so much taking care of my kitten.
