Dr. Seron is very friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff could use some training to be more receptive to patients.
Honestly, I prefer visiting this clinic than the others in the area. The doctors are easy-going and helpful. The front-desk could use some client-facing training, so I understand other reviewers concerns. The nurses here are my favourite part - they really take the time with me than the others.
I have had better waiting times here than the Walk-in in front of Trillium hurontario.
