  Great selection! Amazing balloon options for any occasion! BUT.
  
  There is always a lineup! It seems the cashiers are competing between them to see who's the slowest. So only go there if you have time.
  
  One day, with 2 customers left in line , one of the cashiers took off to do other stuff such as putting shopping bags at every cash register instead of helping us in the line; that only left one cashier to deal with us.
  
  When I was paying for my purchases, the cashier wanted my email address. I said no. She insisted. I said no again so then she asked for my phone number. I said no. She gave up. There is not requirement that I should ever give out personal information in order to purchase something.
  
  I would strongly caution customers in any store, to be careful about giving out their details.

  I came to buy birthday decorations and the staff especially a manager by the name Leeanne were very helpful. Leeanne went out of her way to ensure that I found everything I needed, even though she was busy she took the time and made phone calls to other locations to help me find an item. She was professional, patient, pleasant and very helpful. She went the extra mile and I really appreciate her help. I could tell that she loves what she does and that she loves helping others, I wish there were a lot more people like her.

  Incredible selection for anything party related. Have a specific theme or color code in mind? You will definitely find it here. The only problem is checkout. Despite having about a dozen POS systems, they are usually manned by one or two people. Expect long lines at checkout.

  WOW, fun fun fun. Very helpful staff. Funny and just a delight to work with. My daughter has an unbelievable UNICORN birthday party because of Part City. The selection of balloons is amazing. For everyone that is looking to put together gift bags, don't waste your money at other stores. You can make a great gift bag for under 3.00 Per child. Thank you party city.

  Without question the one-stop-shop for anything fun. Expensive. But it is what it is. Needed bingo cards. And found it there. Staff friendliness is a cast of the dice - some are good, others not so much. Huge facility seasonal stuff. Overall - good.
