(February 12, 2019, 2:15 pm)There is no area where dogs can run freely. Authorities are there quite frequently. It is a great place nonetheless with dog on leash. Trails are extensive with a map in the central area. Washrooms are clean although only open during the warmer seasons. There are pavilions for renting with BBQs. It would be great if they put a water feature here. There are putin spots along the rivers edge if you have a kayak. The water levels are low, you will scrape the bottom of your canoe though. Close to the historic Meadowvale village where famous Group of Seven artists painted. Various plaques in the area where the old mill is. Lots of wildlife. Viewed a wild coyote, herd of deer, herons, foxes, & snapping turtles

(January 31, 2019, 11:19 am)The conservation was fun to explore. It felt like being on a safari at some points, looking over a lush expanse of field and Creek. The fire pits could use some work and the gazebos seem a lil old but given it's an outdoor park I wouldn't be so picky. For events, there's a bunch of parking on the grounds themselves although if the gates are closed, you'll be forced to park outside and travel on foot. Great experience walking through.

(October 13, 2018, 12:38 am)Great place to walk. Went on a cloudy day with perfect weather. There's a small trail along between the forest area which was particularly enjoyable and a more open trail. Loads of parking available.
