  Quality material, instructive advice, excellent service. We had a problem installing our new, mast-in, cover for our unique double-headstay, pocket-boom Tartan 3700 CCR. Within 24 hours Nat & son Jonathon drove from Toronto to Niagara-on-the-Lake, figured what needed adjustment, and within 3 days returned with a modified cover and installed it for us on the boat. Could not have asked for better service. They take pride in their work.
  5 Stars! We’ve commissioned them to build a new Bimini & dodger.

  Mitch is top notch, you could not ask for better customer service or support, I purchased my instruments and autopilot system on his advice, and believe he is one of the most knowledgeable individuals regarding marine electronics, he helped with warranty information even when we were in the US.
  
  That being said, I have not been satisfied with their canvas work (Jon and Nat are friendly, but the system just doesn't seem to work), the stainless used is now rusting, windows on dodger are difficult to see out of after only a year, and the installation is a 6/10, Center piece did not even arrive until a week before we starting heading south., no time to get it adjusted and now when it rains - we know it! - I think if our boat had been closer to them we would have had a better experience.

  I've made several major and minor purchases at Genco and have always been delighted with the experience. I ordered a boat cover during the boat show and received it on time, at the quoted price, with excellent workmanship. When I had purchased a radar and plotter off Kijiji that was originally purchased from Genco, Mitch was able to spend time with me to help me figure out what cabling I needed to help match my older equipment with the newer items. When I wanted to mount solar panels on my davits, Mitch was able to quickly walk me through some options for fitting the new stainless steel rig and supply me with all the needed bits and pieces. And, when I was shopping for AIS and VHF, Mitch was able to suggest the best radio to meet my needs and connect to my systems. Delightful experiences, every time!

  Finally got our new full enclosure and can say the wait was worth it. It fits like a glove and looks great. We are constantly being complimented on the appearance of our boat and the Natty enclosure. I highly recommend Genco to anyone looking for some canvass work. While I'm at it, the winter cover Nat made for me last year is also very well done. I was impressed with the the quality of the design and the ease of installation.
