The guy that maintains the gym at this location needs a super big shout out and be recognized, hes always constantly maintaining the gym and probably is the only one I ever see even doing anything to care for the gym. Only one negative thing at this gym location is the basketball court, it is always over crowded and half of them admit they're not members but come almost everyday to play? I am happy people are staying in shape and getting fit I am all about it, but if people are possibly sneaking in...whats the point of a membership fee? -

(February 9, 2019, 10:44 pm)This is the most cleanest and organized gym that I have ever been too! The staff is amazing and always ready to help you when you need it! I'm am currently taking a course in personal training and would love that work here one day! This gym has become my second home!

(February 6, 2019, 8:25 pm)Great Gym. Facilities are clean, and staff is very helpful and friendly. The entire staff go above and beyond to make the member experience exceptional. A special thank you to Daniel Flute ( General Manager), Ramon, Lloyd, Derek, Ravi, Dylan, Ben, and Andrea for encouraging members ( like me) to stay motivated. My results speak for itself! Good job everyone!

(January 19, 2019, 5:39 pm)Love this location the most in Mississauga. Clean, well laid out and friendly staff. Faris, one of the personal trainers has been very helpful with providing nutrition info and guidance. Great gym!

(January 15, 2019, 6:31 pm)Incredible facility. Clean and new equipment. Gym is actually very quiet most of the day because of how many businesses surround it so i normally don’t ever find myself waiting for equipment.
Staff is friendly and professional. Daniel is an incredible individual who helped me get a competitive rate for a truly undervalued gym.
Would recommend to anyone looking to get in the best shape of their life!
