  I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. We moved into a house with a hydropool and they’ve answered a million of our questions so we can figure out how to get it started up for the summer season. Christie has been amazing over the phone and the technicians both went above and beyond. I definitely feel like we are “being taken care of” and am thankful for how much they’ve helped.

  I’ve spent $2000 on new pumps in the last 15 months. 8 year old hot tub so to be expected. The first pump I replaced 15 months ago seized and needed to be replaced again. Found out that it had passed the warranty. They backed their product and honoured the Warranty and replaced the pump the next day free of charge. Their service has always been friendly, prompt and efficient. Thanks.

  Our service tech Owen fixed the issue with our hot tub and was always very knowledgeable and friendly.

  We just got a used Hot Tub and were not sure of any of the requirements. They sent out a knowledgeable and helpful technician to assist in checking the tub to ensure everything was in order. They helped my wife with operation instructions and recommendation. Didn't try to oversell just gave us what we needed. From the initial call in, to the service on site we couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend.
