  Very pleased with great quality medical care (surgery) provided to our family pet rabbit. I spent quite a bit of time to find a reasonably priced veterinarian, who would agree to perform a surgery on a small rabbit, and people at Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital delivered in all aspects. Our rabbit is doing great, and we would definitely recommend this Vet clinic to anybody looking for a good quality veterinarian care for their pets.

  Had a great experience with my dog when I brought him here. The staff were friendly and courteous, they booked me in for an appointment very quickly and he received excellent care at a very reasonable cost. As a new dog to me they also offered some invaluable advice to help ease the transition of a rescue dog into my life.
  
  It's terrible that a cat passed away after surgery but it's not fair for all their friends, family and co-workers to post 1-star reviews of a business they've never frequented. That's just shameful, spiteful behaviour.

  I recently switched to this veterinary practice and so far am pleased. The support staff are very kind and caring, and the vet himself was gentle but thorough in his examination of and questions about my cat. The cost for my cat's basic check-up and rabies vaccine was significantly lower than what my previous vet's practice now charges. I plan to bring my second cat when he is due for his annual check up & vaccines in February.

  Always courteous staff, a clean environment, and the vet(s) take time to answer all our questions. We've been going there the past four years and have always had a consistently pleasant experience. My only "concern", if it is one at all, is that we never seem to see the same vet twice. So, either there is a lot of folks on staff and we keep getting different ones, or there is some turnover (though to be fair, we have only had to visit for annual check-ups so we're only there once a year).

  I've been coming here about 4 years now. It's always a very pleasant visit. The doctors are very kind and knowledgeable, all the vet technicians and receptionists are very considerate and thoughtful. I'm very concerned about my dog's health and I know I ask the same questions over and over. They are really patient and kind and they always make me feel better. Especially Jose and Haley, thank you so much for being so helpful. I trust this animal hospital and I appreciate them for doing their best.
