  I love my Doctor but the desk staff, especially the one female receptionist, are terrible. It's nearly impossible to get through to book an appointment and when you do finally get through you are greeted with attitude and unprofessionalism. I gave 3 stars because Dr. Gorwill is awesome. Such a busy clinic and only 1 person answering the phone and checking in patients is not how you accomodate your patients.

  Dr Pinto is amazing and the staff are efficient & supportive .

  I've been dealing with the doctors and staff at the clinic for over 25 years.
  
  I first dealt with Dr. David Clarkson for many years until he left the clinic and went to the Credit Valley Hospital, where he now oversees the hospital's Family Medicine Teaching Unit.
  
  I find all of the doctors at Creditview Medical go out of their way to help everyone and the front desk staff and nurses have always been helpful and polite to my wife and myself.
  
  I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone looking for medical care.
