  cant say much about Dr.Kaplansky as I havnt had any procedures done by him yet. But I am very impressed with Dr.Darren Kaplan and hygienist Anna. They are very kind, knowledgeable and caring! They actually listen to the patient and give honest opinions. Anna was so gentle and nice during my teeth cleansing appointment and Dr Darren is very experienced in wisdom tooth removal, got my wisdom tooth extracted here and didnt feel a thing!
  however , i do agree with some of the negative reviews here. They do tend to overcharges you, and the receptionists are not the nicest. They are super nice when it comes to $$ but have so much attitude when you want to reschedule an appointment since they schedule you in the wrong time! was a patient of here for 2 years but not coming back.

Over the years I have developed and maintained proper oral health, thanks to the mastery and technique unique to the Credit View Dental.   I've been a patient of Dr. Kaplansky since the 90's. I started going to his office as a high school student when my family moved from Montreal to Mississauga. I have since moved to Brampton and while there are dentist nearby I still feel most comfortable and well cared for at his office. He has since cared for my 3 children, including the unique needs of my 13 year old daughter with Down syndrome. Her brothers are 9 and 6 and they also all go to him for routine cleanings and cavity prevention. He has consistently addressed any concerns and cared for our teeth with the utmost professionalism. Felicia, his receptionist has been invaluable in scheduling us around work and school to minimize any disruptions in our regular routines. She is knowledgeable of our dental insurance coverage and processes claims in an honest and timely fashion. We never wait beyond our scheduled appointment time and we have never experienced any adverse effects from cleanings, fillings, or crowns. Perhaps the greatest compliment is that of a referral and I do and will continue to do so without hesitation.
