  I have to give 5 star to this auto shop. Big thanks to Sam and the other tall gentleman , they both are very professional and courteous. They even cleaned my car inside out. I will highly recommend this auto shop. I was there today to get the bumper repaired and they have done an amazing job and the price is good too.

  Definitely A1 Service: punctual, courteous and helpful. The prices are fair and reasonable considering the high quality of the workmanship. My car looked like it had just rolled off the Assembly line. Thanks to Jose and the team! I would definitely recommend this shop.

  Without a doubt, A1 Auto Collision is THE BEST collision center in Mississauga... Incredible customer service and the highest quality of work you'll ever get anywhere. From my experience (and I've had to deal several car repair shops) they were by far the best!!! You can just tell that these guys are experienced and skilled at what they do... Very professional, the whole staff is great!!! Wouldn't even think of taking my cars anywhere else.

  I brought my vehicle to A1 in Autumn 2014 as it had a significant amount of rust in the rear left wheel well. I asked if they could take care of the rust without replacing the panel, and they advised that they'd do their best but could not guarantee it wouldn't return within a year or so. That was over 2 years ago, and I still don't see any visible signs of rust (e.g., paint bubbling) in the area they fixed. Note that I have had the car rust proofed every year since they addressed the issue.
  
  The work they did was excellent. They ground off as much of the rusted metal as they could, sprayed the inside of the wheel well with a protective coating, and repainted the entire panel. At the end of the job, the panel looked very good and the colour blended perfectly with the rest of the vehicle.
  
  One thing to note, however, is that I did have to return a second time after they initially performed the work. They did not entirely grind/spray the inside of the wheel well, and I had to show them pictures I took of the inside to demonstrate the work was not complete and there was still plenty of visible rust. At first they indicated there was not much they could do about this, but when I pressed them to deliver the job as requested they made good on our agreement and satisfactorily completed the inside. As with any garage or auto body shop, ensure you are very clear on the work you want completed and what they are charging you for and all will be fine.
