Dr. Kao is a great family doctor. But when you get to the office you are usually stuck waiting around 1-2 hours even if if you come on time.
Dr Kao has been my sons Pediatrician for more than 8 years. I feel so blessed to have such a thorough knowledgeable Doctor. Sure we have to wait sometimes for our appointment. But that is a sign of a good Doctor. He never rushes an appointment!
He listens to all of our concerns and has always given us so much support with my sons complex diagnosis. I don't know how we could have managed all these years without Dr Kao's continual support! Dr Kao is a wonderful man and superior Pediatrician.
The waiting times are long some of the time but once you get to Dr Kao he gets the job done well. He’s a good doctor and treats patients well. (No wonder why the lines are long!)
