  This is one of the cleanest and well taken care of Gyms in Brampton
  The cleaning Staff are always working to keep it at it's very best

  Very nice and clean facility open 24 hours for most of the week. Equipment nicely arranged according to our needs. Friendly and smiling staff and ends your exercise with the water massage beds.

  Great gym. has flexible hours and variety of equipment for a quick workout. Been going to this gym for over a year now and quite happy with it.
