  Excellent workmanship, competitive pricing, outstanding customer service. We really like they way they priced the job by including allowances for materials that we would be selecting (tiles, cabinets, doors, etc). This helped us understand the total cost of the project before we signed the contract.
  Things went fast and very smoothly until we noticed that their estimator made a serious mistake in the design of the shower. We worried that somehow it would be our fault. To our relief, Cera Stone stepped up. They offered to tear out the work they did and fix it, at their cost. This "customer first" attitude made it easy for us to work together to find an acceptable solution....one that didn't involve a re-do. Their project manager (Luigi) and onsite team leader (Chris) are the best!

  Cera Stone did a fantastic job with my bathroom renovation. They were great to work with and completed in the time frame estimated. I definitely recommend them.

  Great experience my ensuite was gutted and completed in 6 days wothout ANY issues just outstanding. From the Contractors to the project manager Peter everyone was great. I got this completed through the Home Depot and the service that was provided was white glove. Every night the contractor left cleaned up like if nobody was ever there. I highlt reccomend this company and Home Depot great job !!!

  I contracted with Cera Stone mainly because I thought that if Home Depot was behind them, if I had any disagreements, I could involve HD in the discussions. Cera Stone handled a significant kitchen and bathroom renovation and re-construction for me. It was a great success and I was very pleased with the trades they used on the project. It isn't easy deciding on a contractor, because you really don't know what experience or professionalism you are getting, but I honestly say that I was very pleased.
  If you prepare well for the work and have a concise and fairly detailed understanding of what you want done, you will not have any problems.
