  I picked up my RV in Calgary (where the service was great - reviewed elsewhere) and dropped off in Toronto.
  
  The drop off experience was so quick and painless I was caught off guard. I'd called the day before, and it turned out I didn't have to do much at all before bringing it back. The Platinum plan is so worth it! $150 to save having to take an RV to a truckwash? Yes please! Seriously, just get it.
  
  The gentleman who did the return was friendly and personable, and was really interested in how my trip went. The inspection lasted as long as it had to, and then off I went, not even 30 minutes later.

  The people who work here are very friendly and accommodating. The RV we rented was immaculate. Very clean, everything worked well, and the drive was comfortable. Would definitely rent from here again!

  Just returned from a weeks vacation in a Canadream RV. PICK UP was in YVR and drop off of the RV was in Calgary. The RV itself was fantastic. Great condition and we had no problems with it at all. I would warn that the company will not work with you at all for pick up times. We were flying in from Toronto to Vancouver and wanted to pick up the RV as close to 1 as possible. The company tried to charge us an additional $375 for a pickup between 10 and noon. I wasn’t even paying that price nightly for the RV. We arrived into Vancouver on our flight from Toronto at 9:30 am and CanaDream would not release the RV to us until 4pm. We weren’t out of their parking lot till after 5. While I understand their mass amounts of people they deal with you really didn’t feel like the company had any interest in helping you so just be warned the RV is most likely no available till after 4pm. They also handed it over with less than 1/4 tank of gas which meant another stop prior to making it to our destination in the dark on the first night. The upselling of just about everything is aggravating too. Windshield protection, extra insurance, pre pay of cleaning charges, even toilet paper and lav chemical. I mean really I think they wanted me to prepay $150 to clean the RV on my return. Thanks but I’ll buy a $5 tube of wipes. Return in Calgary was very efficient but they tried to pin a few stains on the driver and passenger seats on us. We had to point out in our pre inspection that these stains were already there. Took a bit for the gentlemen doing the inspection to finally find it. So ensure you point out everything interior and exterior during your preinspection as they go over everything with a fine tooth comb. We also pre purchased the 800km additional package but only used 500km of it. Yes they forewarned us that there was no km refunds but there again it’s just another feeling which doesn’t sit well with your customers. So just pay by the Km’s unless you’re absolutely sure you’re going to go over by a significant amount. The price savings buying the +500km and +800km are not that great compared to what they charge per km. Would I rent from Canadream again? Maybe but I’d just be all the wiser to their “ways”. Once you’re off their parking lot it’s a pretty amazing experience with a great RV.
