What a great team at the Fireplace & Leisure Centre!
First off, I have to thank Perry!
One day after I called with an issue, Perry had his team on site.
The service team completed the service call, cleaned the full unit, replaced the batteries in the receiver as found to be faulty.
They also found that the pilot was was rusty so they cleaned it off, upon leaving the unit was working fine.
Wow! Very impressed. Great job!

The staff are not only extremely knowledgeable on all the premium home comfort products they offer, but also offer delivery and certified professional installation which takes all the stress out of making such an important decision. I highly recommend Fireplace & Leisure Centre for any heating or outdoor living product advice, and can't wait to go back to see what they've brought in that is new and unique!

(July 2, 2019, 2:29 pm)Great company to deal with - bought our fireplace at the Spring Cottage Life show and it was installed a couple of months later. They were so pleasant to talk to - put us at ease as were had not had a fireplace in the 17 years we have owned our cottage. Can't wait now for the first cold day. They delivered when promised, installed when promised, great to deal with and beyond friendly. I would highly recommend Fireplace and Leisure. It's time to support local again and they prove why.
