(November 23, 2018, 6:37 pm)The Pumphouse.....thanks for the trip down memory lane. The Pumphouse and I go way back to before it was called that (Avanti Fitness/Challenger Fitness/Boss Gym and Fitness).
I saw a couple of familiar faces. Was hoping I’d see more, but then I was only on vacation for two weeks. Yes, I flew from Southern California to Woodstock, Ontario for a vacation for two weeks. Stranger things have happened. I managed to get about four good workouts in. I missed the camaraderie, rusty weights, friendly vibe (weights aren’t rusty any more), and positive workout atmosphere. Nothing like the “I’m all that” douche-vibe of LA Fitness where I live in Santa Clarita. Some things are missed, and The Pumphouse is one of them. -
