(November 22, 2020, 12:56 am)Shane came on time, and was very efficient. The old heater was unhooked and out within minutes, and the new one brought in just as fast. He replaced the unit and thermostat very quickly and the difference in heating was massive. Would absolutely recommend using southwest heating and cooling!

He went out of his way to ensure that my new home had central air conditioning installed for the day that I moved in this summer. He even ordered everything I would need well in advance to ensure stock would be ready. Naturally, when my furnace broke a few months later he was the first person that I called. Within two days, he had my entire furnace and hot water heater completely replaced and installed. He really goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. I will be using him and ONLY him going forward. Thank you again for keep myself and my kids warm this winter :)
