(June 6, 2019, 7:05 pm)Very untrue. Before unloading, I asked specifically what the difference would be...politely. I trusted his response when he said it wasn't worth it. After it was already unloaded and being berated and sworn at by staff immediately, just for asking...politely, I found out it was $17. A cast BBQ gets more than that. Your staff is not being honest with you. I'm sorry, but treating two cast aluminum transmissions as if it was steel IS a big difference and worth the time. That's why I asked and trusted his judgement , but was lied to. Offering g to reload after being sworn at and being told I wasn't the type of customer you wanted...just for asking..I just wanted out of there. Your staff was dishonest with me and judging from your comment, doing the same with you.
