(April 13, 2019, 5:36 am)Nice small town grocer. Located in a convenient spot in Ingersoll. The selection and quality of a superstore in the big city, but alas; in a small town. Tremblett's Independent grocer has what you need, whether it's a full family grocery and toiletries stock up, or a business persons soup lunch. Never too busy, and a small town smile to boot!

Had a customer service incident about six months ago which I brought to the attention of management but they never addressed it with me so I boycotted the store for several months. But I have chosen to overlook the incident and have had positive experiences since.

(March 17, 2019, 4:42 am)Went for flowers on a Sunday but florist wasn't in. We had to seek out a staff for help but they weren't much. Premade bouquets were OK but not what I hoped for. Made my own by grabbing different singles. Made my own bouquet at my car, so didn't look great. Perhaps more staff could be trained in different departments for such occasions.

I often stop at this location for groceries or a quick lunch or dinner from their hot food counter.
