(April 10, 2019, 1:14 pm)Hello, I represent Landscapes Canada and would like to say that I’ve had the pleasure in dealing with Scott. I read the negative reviews and had to assess for myself as ‘on paper’ and in the ad, the truck I was purchasing looked great... thought too good to be true. However this wasn’t the case. We’ve had great courteous service from the start. The truck did have some issues (rust etc) but nothing serious but Scott has assured us that it would be taken care of and ready and certified by 10 days. We are happy to wait in order to get an optimum vehicle. We are supposed to pick up truck in a few days. We will continue with the reviews and let you know how our experience is going in the near future.
Update:
Our company has had the vehicle for 9 months now and so far (knock on wood) no issues at all with the truck mechanically. We did have some issues with rust on the sides of the vehicle but we feel that is more a GM issue than a Parkrow Auto Sales Issue. Scott is great to work with and I would definitely do business here again.
